Creative Services

Maguire Johnson provides photography, videography, and digital management. While every effort is made to deliver high-performance results, specific outcomes like viral growth or exact sales figures are influenced by market variables beyond individual control.

Ownership & Rights

All creative assets remain the property of Maguire Johnson until the final project balance is paid in full. Once paid, you are granted a license for the intended use. Maguire Johnson reserves the right to share the work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payments & Deposits

To protect the schedule and the time put into preparation, a deposit is required to secure a project date. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due upon delivery or as outlined in your specific agreement.

Social & Ad Management

For management services, clients provide the necessary platform access. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms (like Meta or Google) and is a separate cost from any management fees.

Cancellations

Respect for time is a two-way street. Cancellations affect the ability to serve other clients, so rescheduling fees or kill fees may apply depending on the timing of the change.

Liability

Maguire Johnson is not liable for indirect losses related to the use of delivered assets. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
